The Cub Cadet XT1-LT 46 is a residential lawn tractor powered by a 22 HP Kohler 7000 Series twin-cylinder engine (model KT722, 747cc). It features a 46-inch stamped steel cutting deck (12-gauge), 2 blades, QuickAttach tool-free deck attachment, manual PTO engagement, and 12 cutting height positions ranging from 1 to 4 inches, along with an integrated deck wash port and 2-ball/2-narrow anti-scalping wheels.

The tractor uses a Tuff Torq TL-200 hydrostatic transmission with foot pedal control, reaching a forward speed of 5.5 mph and a reverse speed of 3 mph.
